Hi, I am having a huge problem at the moment. I normally access my postage labels from Ebay. For Example when I have sold an item on the transactione line there is a button saying Print Postage Label. When I click this it redirects me to Ebay and I have to log in. Once logged in it says 'a unexpeted error has occured' It has being doing this for the past 48 hours now but if I go to the paypal website direct my account is fine. I have contacted ebay and they said it is a paypal problem. Can anyone help me resolve this please? Thanks Fiona

Hi, To get your money out of PayPal you need to click on the withdraw tab. It should then give you an option to put the money into your bank account. If you have not already you will need to register your bank account. If you still have problems it may be because it is under the minimum withdrawel limit but an error message stating this will normally come up. Good Luck - I hope you get your money soon
