My account has been limited because another account has done questionable practices. I don't know why that should have anything to do with my account but, I have given paypal all the info they requested and they have not replied to let me know what is going on or what else is needed. I want to know what caused my account to become limited. I have had a paypal account for 20 years and suddenly I'm told there is some problems with an account that is using questionable practices and "MAY" have some similarities to my account. I have one paypal account and only one paypal account. If there is a mixup, then someone at paypal mixed it up. It seems this all started when I tried to purchase a baby gate. After winning the bid, the seller contacted me to tell me that he/she had not previously noticed that the latch was broken and the latch was unavailable from the manufacture, asking if I still wanted the gate or a refund since it was not repairable. Since I was not able to get a replacement latch I said I would accept the refund. After finding out my account was restricted, I called customer service who told me that the mistake was obviously paypal's mistake and she would notify the correct department to get this resolved. Still nothing! Again, I have had this account for 20 years and never had any problems before! Check out my "over 600 positive feedbacks." I think I've only sold one item in 20 years. I only purchase items. I have asked before, and I'm asking again, what did I do to cause this problem! I haven't received any explanation from any paypal customer service rep for this inconvience that you are causing me!!! It isn't even listed anywhere on my account pages or resolve account issue page. I did nothing to cause this, and paypal mixed up my info with some other account, so paypal needs to resolve the problem and reactivate my account! This is a huge inconvience for me!   ... View more
