Just checked my email and found I have been charged and bank funds taken for an item I never bid on and did not pay for?  How can PayPal do this type of scam? Please some one tell me whats going on here?   ... View more

PayPal Extras The only extra you get with this card is annoyance. I been trying for three months to pay this card over the internet. Every time I speak to a supervisor (that's the code word for American) I am assured it will be three or four days and my account will be on line. That has yet to happen.
