It was overwhelming. I was on the phone for over 4 hours by the time you saved me! You took a call from myself and Trudy from Barclay Bank in DE. Trudy also a great one! Professional and fast,,,you had me off the phone and stopped my tears, anexiety and pain in moments, I can't thank you enough .
