I'm about to lose my mind with PP. My account has been limited. No clue why. But, I've done all of the steps, but one, to get back on good graces. Can anyone out there explain what this means??? I never rec'd any emails from PP. They do not answer emails. I've called 10 times and been on hold longer than 15 minutes. I don't have time to sit on hold for an entire day!!!!!!!!!!! Check your primary email for more information (have never rec'd any emails from PP) Appeal limitation and fix your account Please provide the documents requested below. (documents must be in the email I;ve never rec'd???) We'll review your account status after we receive the information we've requested. The submitted information on the documents must correspond with the information on your PayPal account. Documents can't be older than 6 months.
