Okay - so I ordered an items for someone - they paid me through paypal, the company I order through sent it to their address. The item is sitting at the post-office (since the 5th of November). I woke up to a "Non-Receipt" dispute this morning... The receiver KNOWS it is at the post office, but says it wasn't delivered .... What do I do, esculate it to a dispute?? If they investigate, the tracking already on the account will show it was sent & is sitting at the post office ... what happens?? Do I end up losing my $$ and she can go pick up the item and get both?? This has never happened I need help 🙂 THANKS
