Hi, I been reading that PayPal may place limits on your account? Why would this happend? Also I read that PayPal requires a Social Security Number! after account has been limited> it this true? Im verified, but I dont want to receive a limit, I Drop Sell items on eBay, and thinking on moving to bigger ticket items, like cell phones, right now my items range from 10-100.00USD, so far I havent received in Problems. Should I be worry that this might happend to me? Thanks for you reply... =D
