to cut a ong story short when ever i try and pay for something using my paypal, regardless of the amount it tries to take it from my bank account via my debit card. also ebay are saying they cannot withdraw my fee's from my paypal account when i know there is more than enough there to cover the cost of purchased items and my fee's
