You really can't because if I were you in the near future, if you were going to sell something put tracking #.  If you know it will cost $2.00 to send, charge $3-$4 flat on shipping but please put in description that the shipping includes the tracking #, it's for your protection, especially if it is big ticket, I learned that lesson once.  Even though the item at the end costed $10.00 + $5.00 to ship, the buyer filed a complaint when they received it and the problem is that I don't have a tracking #.  If the buyer is not willing to pay that extra money for tracking, forget about them.  It's not worth it, there are scammers, too out there and the problem is that the buyers have more protection than sellers which I hate.  So providing a tracking # is your best bet to win a case which you should try to esculate it as soon  as possible. ... I sold one of my items and when the buyer received it, they weren't happy for some stupid reason, even though my listing said no refunds or returns, I was willing to let it go this time because I think the buyer was just a straight up jack **bleep**.  Of course, I esculated it to a claim so Paypal can take care of it.  I chose, I was willing to refund money if they returned within that time period with tracking #.  Of course when I sent it, I had a tracking # and I do have proof they received it and everything.  Now, it's in their ballpark to return it with tracking #, I know paypal sent them a notice because I got mines.  They have until June 13, 2011 to ship it with tracking #, if they don't, I will get the money sent back to my account correct?  I have now blocked the buyer in case he tries to pull something crazy.  He now is in possession of the item, I won't be surprised, if he tries to sell it offline for more and just forget about this case.  Will I get the money which I am owed for if the buyer does not respond by that time? ...
