The web master has really messed up the web site. It used to be very simple and easy. Now, I can't even find info on "How to add money into my PayPal Balance."  The info that is there is incorrect. The "steps" to follow do not exist! There is no "Money" tab as well as other tabs. Some go to "dead links!"   This is unworkable. ... View more

PayPal's web "master" has changed the User Interface by adding two new 'blocks' of inconsequential information ("Quick Links", etc.) which should have been added into the Main Menu as drop-down options. Currently, those new additions force my Transaction history to be shoved downward on the page far away from my "Summary" information on the left side of the page. I prefer seeing my Summary and "Notifications" -list of transactions 'Aligned' (adjacent to each other).   Please, give us control over your off-the-cuff, arbitrary changes back to a more friendly, usable interface. Add "EDIT" options to those new intrusive advertisements which includes "Hide," or "Remove" or "Relocate on page."   Getting decent HUMAN help from PayPal is impossible! Question:   Will someone who is expert in this matter of browser security please explain to me why I need to upgrade my current browser (which is working perfectly for me) to a newer browser since I am paying good money for my "Internet Security" software (which automaticallys scans e-mails, web links prior to my clicking them, fictitious or blacklisted URL's, malware, spam, viruses, etc?   It seems to me, that no matter which browser I'm using, that I'm still protected (as much as anyone can be nowdays).     ... I thought there was something strange about that "ad", too. I figured it was just another attempt by Google to continue their "taking over the world." I try my best to refuse anything related to them, including their browser.   So, I typed in the URL, manually by including the "s" in the "https" portion. But, like others, I did not see anything on PayPal's site/pages pertaining to that notification. I had NOT logged into my account at that point. So, to find  more information about the the email, I then logged into my account and came here. Should have been unnecessary.   My question is:   Why doesn't PayPal put that "browser suggestion" on it's own PayPal Home Page? Doing that would negate any necessity for sending out e-mails. Nobody should have to login to their PayPal account to get that suggestion to "make sure you're using the latest browser!"   Seems simple enough for me. ... View more
