My Question, What Merchant do you know of will refund your money after you buy a electronic device, hook it up yourself, keep it for more than 30 days and then say it doesn't work?.... Just as I thought, NO ONE.... PayPal will make you.. It is ok to buy something that works perfect, break it or decide you don't want it and the return it with a full refund so the seller is out the money and now has a broken item... I am baffled with this, I thought PayPal was a good way to do business but, I can not understand the thought process here.. It seems to be a no brainer. How could a refund be issued in this case? Please, Someone help me to understand?
