I got this email and it appears to be legit. However, I already am running the latest versions of Chrome and Internet Exploder, so I don't need to update. Remember, you don't have to click ANY links in this email if you don't want to. Go into the settings of your particular browser and update it straight from there - it's safe and secure. It's really low of PayPal to send out an email like this though. 😞
