Hi -- I haven't used paypal in a month or so and I also thought someone was trying to hack my account when I got this e-mail. Wait - is www.paypal-community.com/ a legit website? Did I just get phished at this website when I logged in? Why would it tell me "It looks like you may be using an outdated browser with known security issues." when I'm using the latest version already? This was a very novice error in website management I don't expect to see from Paypal and whoever decided to send out this e-mail should be fired.
