Well, to keep you informed, I'm no closer to an answer. I emailed paypal on the 8th (same time i left my first post in this thread) and asked for any guidance they could offer. I haven't had a reply. Good luck getting an answer - sorry I can't help! I have also received an email (and message in Paypal) telling me I must provide additional info. The email says the deadline is September and within Paypal it says July.   The first question asks whether I use the account as an individual, sole trader (or a third option which I can't remember). I have both private and business ebay accounts tied to this paypal account. I use my private ebay account regularly and my business ebay account rarely (making peanuts - I only opened it as I didn't want to break any rules).   So, I use my paypal account for both but for 95% personal use - so which box should I tick?
