I sold a silver graduated bead necklace to a woman. The transaction had no refunds stated in the ad. She later sent the necklace back to me and demanded her money back, saying that she thought the beads were all the same size. I stated in the ad "graduated" and had lots of pictures. I contacted eBay who told me she had buyers remorse and to mail the necklace back to her. They would stand behind me. Today I received a notice from PayPal saying they had refunded her the money because the necklace had a dent in one bead. It did not have any damage. PayPal did not even give me a chance to respond. She out and out told an untruth to get her money back. This is not fair. Checking her feedback left for others, I am not the only one she has done this to and I am very upset. I have her ebay emails to me where she states that it just wasn't what she wanted and they still give her a refund. I am fuming.
