Good Day, We have sold some products to the same customer and after we sent the goods she opened a dispute at paypal. She used our website to place the order.We used the merchant service at paypal to charge the customer’s credit card. “The billing and shipping address were the same”.We had completed 3 transactions with this same customer. This customer claimed that the charges were unauthorized. The first amount was around 1900 dollars, second amount around 6000 dollars and the third amount 6200 dollars. We have proof of delivery and signatures. Please, if someone or some company has the same case, let us know if you found out a way to appeal and recover the money. We have lost the money and the goods that were delivered to the buyer. Thank you.
