I figured it out. So first thing you need to convert your personal account into either a business or premium account. It seems to be free of charge but affects the taxes or cut that Paypal get from your purchase. So that is located under the welcome John Smith section it should say something like "Account Type: Personal" and next to that an option to upgrade. Do that follow the procedure and in my case I chose the "website payment standard" option. Once you have done that you can go into, my account, and then profile. In there you will see under the selling preference column something like Custom payment page. and bingo that should were you do everything. The rest you will need a computer savi guy.
