i bought a ring for my wife on ebay from seller dizon_jewelry and on my credit card statement it says pending with the phone number <number removed> and the words paypal *rewardors. i did some investigating on google and found that phone number to have been used in many credit card scams. i need help on reporting fraud and how i can get my money back?
