In many areas, Paypal is a world leader. I attempted to get a Master Card Debit from Paypal. Problem is that I do not have a credit card. So contacting Paypal they sent me an E-Mail to confirm my home address. Great. Next I recieved an E-Mail saying my account was placed in restriction. I had to provide a copy of a utility and other information to prove I am who I am and live where I do. Yet I had made many online purchases, transfered thousands to do so from my bank. You would think since my bank account was verified, they would assume I am who I am. Well, finally my account on Paypal was un-restricted after considerable time, but no Debit Card. Paypal's security is top rated in my opinion, but as for the Debit Card,I have never in my life have had so many problems. Its a Debit card after all, not a regular credit card. I have since given up the idea of using that service.
