Thanks for your post on this but I am still having problems opening a second account. Dutch PayPal (where I have my original account) gives you the option to choose between: 1) Buyers Account 2) Premier Account 3) Business Account However, PayPal UK only gives the option of 1) Private Accountant 2) Business Accountant Could you explain why this is the case and : a) if I open a business account on the UK site, will I be charged for using it for puchasing only? b) if I use my same emails address, whether I will have a problem opening my second account? c) where I can sign up to a Premier Account on the UK site Lastly, I think PayPal really needs to be a little more flexible with individuals who are located in two or more countries or at least not make the process of opening a second account quite as tedious as it appears to be, After all, it's quite common for individuals to be located in many different places on a regular basis and there would not appear to be any real extra security afforded by making sure customers' countries on PayPal remain separated. If I can add more than one credit card to a profile, why shouldn't I be allowed to add another country? Thanks,
