As someone who runs a small service for artwork under a pseudonym, I have no interest in letting people view my real name, address, or phone number. I understand that it is required to provide all of these under even a business account so that it is listed for customers to find out (rather than be directed to my email) if they so choose... but what I am really wanting is to be able to keep all of that confidential and let my contact info be my email, etc. lest there be a SERIOUS dispute. I have never known whether Paypal makes that contact info readily available or not. Can someone tell me exactly how secure is the information when someone is paying me for one of my artworks?
