I HAVE EMAILED THESE PEOPLE THREE TIMES ALREADY. I LIVE ALL THE WAY IN JAMAICA TO TO SPEND LONG MINUTES ON A INTERNATIONAL CALL DOESNT WORK
I am sick and tired of paypal. I do not have a credit card, i live in Jamaica and i end up creating a US account. I went on to create another account for Jamaica cause when i was signing up i did not see any option for Jamaica. I am trying to transfer the funds from my US paypal to Jamaican and i can't cause i need a credit card. If i had a credit card i wOuld nbopt be using paypal, now i have five hundred dollars which i want to withdraw to help pay my tuition and i can't. Please can i have my money and cancel this stupid account .
