Mobile app balance is inaccurate because: When PayPal decides to impose a ridiculous amount which they hold indefinitely as a "reserve", that amount does not show as "un-available" on the mobile app. I have never had a claim which they had to involuntarily take money from my account to give a buyer a refund, yet PayPal has imposed almost a $2300 reserve, which they take 5% from every sale, until that amount is fully funded. Does anyone else have this issue???? Some of the obvious problems with this dictatorship are: 1 - Too high of an amount (PayPal really has no competition, so whatever benefits them more, is better!) 2 - I would like to be able to dictate to my clients that they must give me their money to hold for them, and that I will have full and unrestricted use of, I will not have to pay them any interest on, and I will probably invest to earn interest on for me! 3 - They should be paying me interest. 4 - Why is there no governmental controls of what PayPal can and can't do? Even your bank must provide you full and unrestricted control of your money, pay you interest, regardless of how much interest, and can not hold a reserve on your account, even if you have and continue to bounce checks! What is wrong with this picture, and how can we fix it?????
