HI, I am now married therefore have changed my surname. I need to transfer my funds from the paypal account to my bank account problem being my paypal account is in previous name and my bank account is in my new name. To change your name on a paypal account you need to fax or email them photo id and certificate, problem being I have no access to a fax machine or a scanner. ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
