An obvious scammer after transaction was completed. I sent him $450 through PayPal, nearly cashing out my checking account for a necessity to start my business. His registered email with paypal is <removed>. Nothing else is listed in his contact information and obviously has not responded to further emails. I have escalated to a claim with paypal already, but there are asking me to wait another week, which I don't know what difference that will make. He already has my effing money.
Is there a way to get his information civilly before I hunt him myself?
