I was trying to PayPal money to a seller in Trinidad. Originally he wanted me to Moneygram him, but I said I wouldn only do PayPal. Seller agreed, and I sent the payment via PayPal. Now the seller says PayPal won't let him receive the funds because he only has a Mastercard, and that PayPal is telling him he needs a Visa. He now wants me to send via Western Union. I was able to cancel my payment in PayPal. I'm thinking he is trying to scam me, but who knows, maybe there is some rule in Trinidad? Has anyone else heard of this?
