This error started popping up yesterday afternoon. 1. It's not address related, it's happening for multiple addresses that I have shipped to successfully in the past. I checked each address for formatting on USPS.com and all were correct. 2. It's not workstation or OS related as I have tried on two different laptops and a desktop all running different OSs (Windows 7, Windows XP and Vista). 3. I've been using Paypal Shipping for a couple of years without issue. Any ideas?
