As the title would suggest, I'm rather confused. I have an RBC bank account, my primary payment method, it's confirmed. I recently added a second bank account, from ING direct, also confirmed. I'm a verified Paypal member and have been for years. When I added the second bank account, I remember reading it saying that I could use instant transfers with two confirmed payment sources. So why won't it let me? I don't use credit cards, and as I live in Canada, we have Interac (which works online but almost no one seems to use it), not debit cards. Is there anyway to rectify this? I'd rather not have to wait 8 business days to make a purchase when I have the money right now.
