A friend of mine in Accra, Ghana does not have a bank account in Ghana, but a friend of his does. Can I send this friend of his some money, via PayPal if I know his e-mail address, and the friend has a PayPal Account? I didn't see anything about Ghana in the list of countries that PayPal has Currency conversion for ... they use Cedis as their Currency. Is there a way? and are the Fees reasonable?
