does not matter, paypal will debit your account if they are going to lose money on a fraudulent transaction. have not had a chance to really have benefit of the seller protection yet. but I do know that when a buyer decided not to use the insurance for an item they received damaged, that they decided on their own that it could not have gotten broken in the mail (and i sent photos to paypal and ebay showing the item and how it was packed etc etc and kept fw the emails sent to me by the buyer who just did not want to mess with the insurance) paypal deducted the amount from the account even though the money had already been sent to my bank. so moving it to your account does not always work either. though this is not what I did, I have an auto transfer thing set up.
