I'm sorry if this sounds dumb, I'm not all that hot on ebay and paypal, infact I got so confused when I tried to change my name after marriage I opened a new paypal account. hence now I have ended up recieving a payment to an old account, which when I try to access paypal states it no loger exsists. I've asked the buyer to cancel payment twice now and the same thing happens. Can I send a new invoive to them with the correct email address on?
