I opened a case with Papal where I bought virtual money for a game (yep I broke game rules) and it was never delivered. No email response from the vendor and PayPal closed it in 1 day, saying the vendor said they delivered the items and that they can do nothing since they are intangible and virtual I was never warned that when I purchased said items they were NOT guaranteed. SO they take the word of some scumbag over me and then close the dispute so that I can do nothing more than come here and vent. I am lead to believe that Paypal must be working with vendors like this so they to can make money on these purchases and never have to pay out anything. NEXT time I use my credit card so I can work with them and paypal can put the dispute where the sun doesn't shine. I also have no way to respond since the case was closed the the automated denial email has no response. Class action suit in the making here all.
