Ok i recently tried to create a new paypal because my original doesn't have my full information like my full name and such. So i wanted to create a new one with the same credit card but it won't let me. So how can i remove the credit card information from my first account and add it to this one? (This is my second account and i recently closed my first one thinking the information would be removed but it's not)
