16 days ago I sent $30 dollars to the seller for an item which I have already received. The day after I sent the money, the funds where withdrawn from his Sellers account an put on hold during what payapal described as a random security review? I was asked to verify my account details to prove my account had not been compromised, which I did. It's now 16 days and 2 emails later an the funds still haven't been released back to the seller? I was told 10 days ago payapl would fix this. Does paypal understand this is not their money to endlessly hold?
