I just recieved an email saying I need to spend $3,051 by the end of November to maintain my Paypal Advantage Support. I have spend $8,500-$9,000 so far this year and they still want me to send $3051? Is the new limit $12,000 a year? I thought it was only $5000? I am also wondering about the "advantage hotline". My call get routed through just like it did when i was a normal Paypal user. Lots of automated prompts and menus, i'd rather go straight to an agent rather than navigate a series on complicated menus. Anyone else noticing this?
