You would think that both Paypal and Kmart would have a solution to this by now. They've been holding my money hostage for four days now. I called Kmart, right up to the corporate office. They say there's nothing they can do about it because they never received the order at all, and to call Paypal. Paypal says there is nothing they can do about it and to call Kmart. Meanwhile, this money which was DONATED by several people to do Christmas shopping with for a family we adopted for Christmas is unavailable to me. And yet neither side will budge. I've never been unhappy with Paypal. I am now, though. Also, I'll never buy another thing from Kmart. Good luck getting your money back.
