I believe I too am a victim of seller fraud using the USPS tracking to perpetrate sales fraud and keeping of buyers funds. I am a senior citizen who went to Amazon looking for hand held rototillers for sale. I found what I thought was a legit business that had 2 Mantis rototillers for sale at a steal of $99 each and some change, was a steal alright it appears the so called rototiller was mailed through USPS and the tracking confirmation said the package was delivered ,picked up at my small rural local post office.I never picked up the rototiller at the PO and now I am in a battle to get my funds back from Pay Pal because of seller fraud.The seller has no contact number or address and the name changed with the sale, it was a bargain outlet store that miraculously changed to a timeshare. Be weary folks looks like buyers are being exploitedl. PayPal , that was considered a safe avenue for payment and recourse for fraud or customer dissatisfaction looks to be having issues tamping down this type of fraud .
