I am in as well, I just lost a bunch of money to an INR, that I had proof from the POST OFFICE in writing, that I did not recieve, they actually went so far a to call the USPS liars. I had to change it to SNAD, since they did actually send and evelope, just not to me. Now I am waiting to hear what the almighty will decide. HOW CAN THESE PEOPLE DECIDE IN FAVOR OF THE SELLER WHEN THEY HAVE WRITTEN PROOF FROM A U.S. GOVT. OFFICE????? They need to learn that they are NOT omnipotent.

I just lost a bunch of money to a scam that Enay and Paypal say does not exist. I bought an item and paid withim a few minutes, I went back to Ebay to look at the item....gues what. it was gone!!! So I looked up the seller.....GONE too. I emailed them, they responded, its fine. I waited, no item. I contacted Ebay cause it "felt" weird, they said wait. The next day I get am email saying here is your tracking number, I run it, and guess what.....My item was delivered two days earlier. Now, I work at home, and have kids, that have scedules, on that day I was HOME ALL DAY!!! Nothing was delivered. I called the post office, they said that based on the tracking number something was delivered, but not even close to my address!!! What did Ebay do???? Sided with the seller. They did not even want documentation from my post office that nothing came to me, they did not even care that MY postal carrier was not even on duty at the time of the DATESTAMP. Does anyone want to tell me how I recieved a package as Ebay says I did? What the heck do I do now, this is crazy!!! They are knowingly allowing and even condoning fraud. I can provide facts that say I did not recieve anything and they dont want to see it!!!! Any ideas???

This is part of a scam that Ebay and Paypal will not ackowledge, I was just on the other end of this one. Buyer sent something to someone else in my city and provided a tracking number that went to my zip. My post office even said that the tracking mumber was NOT to my address, this was not good enough for Ebay though, they sided with a now non existent ebay seller......NICE WORK GUYS YOU JUST SUPPORTED MAIL FRAUD!!!!

I would love to be part of a class action suit against Paypal and or Ebay!! I just got **bleep**ed in a similar manner, I bought an item, within minutes the seller pulled the listing, and guess what....no longer a member, OH!!! Surprise, no iten ever showed up, but hey, I got an email saying my iten had been delivered. Now, he is the deal, it was a big item, supposedly came UPSP but I was home all day on the day it was claimed to be delivered, and better still MY postman was not even on the clock at the time it was date stamped as delivered. Post office said the tracking number was not even to my "zone" but to a different part of the city. Ebay says, it was delivered. Sure, something was, to someone else. Lets do the math, I can get a stamped envelope, add a tracking number, ship it to someone in the same area code and make money??? And it costs me a few bucks, and Paypal and Ebay support it! Wow.....Who knew. Tell me when and where to sign up, I can get documentaion from my post office too, o, yeah, the stuff Ebay didn"t care to see as "proof" of my case, can you believe that?
