I have opened a case in Ebay for refund. The seller agreed to refund and sent the refund through Paypal. However, after so may failed bank clearance which were postponed many times, I got a final message that says: "The refund sent by XXXXX did not clear from the sender's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your PayPal account. Please contact XXX (the seller) regarding this refund." What should I do?
