this is my first time selling item on ebay through papal. when i conformed the payment from buyer, i sent the item this morning by dropped in local post office. and i noticed there was a small mark which was shown sold item status, so i clicked it , cos i'v already posted. it required tracking NO, so i typed, but as a result for this, papal charged me again.... it means i paid post fee... and the for the item, it has become [free papal post]- seller pay the post. i didnt mean it. how can i paidback the post fee i paid by paypal?
