Hi everyone, I just received a call from PayPal asking if I had made a transaction with someone in America. I was very confused and said no. They then mentioned that someone was using my account because there were multiple IP locations(?) Their tone sounded urgent and forceful, and they kept asking me to give them the verification number so they could help me cancel the transaction. I immediately hung up the call. The phone number wasn’t hidden either. Is this a scam? I'm from Australia by the way, I'm not sure if that helps.
