Thank you so much for your time, but your reply is not what I am looking for. What troubles me the most is that I have provided to paypal with all the the transaction evidence which was required by paypal. But suddenly paypal stopped all the contacts while kept charging me wrongly. I have no way to contact with paypal except this community. I contacted with the buyer who is the little sister of the payer and she told me that she had reported to paypal. By the way, this buyer has paid me via the same paypal account for 3 times since 2022. Once again, thank you so much for your time. I will have to email to this paypal payer directly.
