I bought a tablet that looked very nice but received a fake product. The tablet will say it has 22GB RAM and 2TB ROM but in reality it has 2GB RAM and 2GB ROM and can hardly run. When I bought I looked at the company rating and all looked fine. But now many other customers complains about the same fake product: So I complain to the shop and they offer me USD 20 for the "inconvenience". I refuse. Then they want to ship the fake product back. I then complain to PayPal and they say the same thing: I need to send the fake product back to the scammers. Yes, I do understand there is always to sides to a story but here we are talking about a fraudulent product. It is not a question of a bit too much marketing, or sending a different product by mistake. The problems are: 1. the scammers will sell the fake product to someone else 2. it cost USD 80 to ship it back to china 3. it is a waste of ressources (environment, time, etc) So my question is: are there any way to make paypal change their mind and make them do the right thing? I have offered to destroy the tablet and make a video. Hope you have some advice for me - I would hate to support this scam by sending the fake product back BR Theis
