@Traytriune Firstly you broke paypal rules by asking someone else to open a paypal account for you. Secondly you then used another countries paypal account again against Paypal rules. Thirdly Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks). Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying. Lastly I think I know who the idiot is and very much doubt you will be able to access funds from another countries paypal account.
