I went to check my balance, which was 140,000+ points in August, but now the account is gone. I chatted with a Honey agent who said she would investigate because they said someone else closed my account and took all of my points at the end of August. Has anyone had this happen? How do I get my points back? Honey will not respond, and I keep emailing to no avail. I am so upset!!
