They got me today as well for about $150 before I discovered it. I am so thankful I checked my email and paypal acct when I did or it sounds like it would have been worse. I've filed a dispute with paypal and going to see what I can do on Itunes end. I have to agree.. it was ridiculous that Itunes took this hacking all so lightly when it is continuing to this day.
