Hi, i am also from Croatia and i have business account. I was not able to link a bank, but visa debit card works great. However, i advise you to think twice for using PayPal for business account, as for past year PayPal is freezing many business accounts and their customer support is awful. Many people are complaining and their funds are frozen without possibility to resolve it. Same happen to me and now im just trying to get my funds back and think about new platform.
