I made a transaction as a guest. The seller could not provide the product and in general was just very unhelpful. He asked to to claim refund on Paypal and has been unresponsive since. So I created an account on Paypal but the transaction is not showing in the activity of my account and hence I am not able to raise a dispute. I used the same email address but linked a different card as I had used another person's card for payment at the time. I can't find any support email id or contact number for my region (India) and the stupid chatbot just asks me to create an account when I am logged into one while chatting. What can I do? How can I get my refund?
