Nope this problem has not been resolved; I just tried with the pay in 4 and again got the 'incorrect billing address' notification even though my address is correct on my bank statement and on my PayPal account; so frustrating. I last used this pay in 4 in early November 2024 with no problem what-so-ever but then come 1 week later this problem arise. I have been using your service for donkey years via pay in 4 countless of times. I understand if it is just me experiencing this problem, it could be me at fault but so many other users experienced the same so please do not advise us that the problem lay with us. Come on PayPal get your act together, will ya! How can you offer such service to your users when you do not do your part by resolving this problem from your side? Please investigate and please resolve this matter at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
