PayPal Giving Fund appears to have the following issues. No recurring donation option. No honorarium option, such as "In honor of", "in memory of", "in appreciation of". No donation amount customization. Only $25, $50, $75, or Other options are presented, and our donors seldom understand that they can click Other and enter a greater amount, resulting in lower donation amounts. The user interfaces says Login or Create an Account only. We've had numerous donors say they do not want to create a PayPal account, EVER. As a result, we had to create an online user manual for how to make a donation online, explaining that the Create an Account button is misleading. I placed a phone call and email message to PayPal Giving Fund support citing all these issues on November 20, 2024. I was promised a call back, which never came. So I'm posting here. Can anyone suggest any workarounds to the above issues? The only reason we use PPGF is because it is free, but if we continue to lose donations, we may need to switch to other providers.
